Their Cat Can Quack

Also from the recent 10Q

"It is our understanding that, upon notice from

us to sell shares to Dutchess under the
Investment Agreement, Dutchess begins selling
shares in the open market and does not
typically hold the shares purchased from us."

So they expected it to quack but still thought
of it as a cat?

This kind of understanding does not fit even
the shortest term traders. It fits only someone
who is just acting as a medium to transfer
shares. In other words part in the already
known plan here.
